Dodgers at the plate: Andruw Jones delivered a run-scoring single in the first inning, and the Dodgers came back for three more runs in the third. Rafael Furcal tripled in a run in that rally and scored on a run-scoring single by Delwyn Young. Matt Kemp, who hit into a double play in the first inning, doubled in a run in the third. Jones broke a 4-4 tie in the eighth with a two-run homer.
Orioles at the plate: Brian Roberts drew a walk and stole two bases in the fourth inning. Roberts has seven stolen bases this spring -- including three of third base -- and hasn't been caught yet. Nick Markakis tripled in two runs in the fourth and catcher Ramon Hernandez made it a one-run game with a single in the sixth.
Dodgers on the mound: Chan Ho Park pitched three perfect innings for Los Angeles and has worked seven scoreless frames in three outings this spring. Park got four groundouts, four flyouts and one strikeout on Monday. Eric Stults took the ball in the fourth inning and got five outs and allowed five baserunners -- one on a hit and four on walks.
Orioles on the mound: Steve Trachsel pitched four innings and allowed seven hits. The Dodgers reached him for two extra-base hits and four runs, but only three of them were earned. Veteran reliever Chad Bradford tossed a scoreless inning, and George Sherrill threw two perfect frames. Sherrill, the favorite to be Baltimore's closer, got all flyouts in his first inning and all groundouts in his final frame.
Grapefruit League records: Dodgers 6-6-1; Orioles 6-5-1.

Park keeps pace in fifth-starter race
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Don't count out Chan Ho Park as the Dodgers' fifth starter. One day after incumbent Esteban Loaiza and teenager Clayton Kershaw seemed to set up a duel for the job, Park reached back to his glory days with a perfect three innings against the Orioles on Monday.
"He couldn't be much better," said manager Joe Torre. "He had command of both sides of the plate. He only made 39 pitches and had to finish off his work in the bullpen. He certainly hasn't done anything to hurt his chances."
Meaning, Park was efficient, particularly pitching inside to right-handed hitters. Torre said he hadn't seen enough of the 34-year-old Park in his Dodgers prime to compare the current version, but said this one looks much healthier than the one he saw when Park pitched for the Rangers.
Although he spent virtually all last year pitching in the Minor Leagues, Park said that is a big reason why he is pitching well enough this spring to allow two hits in seven scoreless innings.
"I was hurt in Texas and I couldn't throw the two-seamer they wanted me to throw in that ballpark," said Park. "It was hard to handle that. My back got better and pitching in the Minor Leagues, I could work on things without pressure. During the winter, I looked at a lot of pictures and worked on my mechanics, and now I can keep my pitches down a lot better."
Park said Monday's outing was his best of the spring because a groin strain that has been nagging him is much improved.
Park's outing was more impressive than that of Eric Stults, another fifth-starter candidate, who walked four in 1 2/3 innings.
Back at Dodgertown, likely Opening Day starter Brad Penny threw 57 pitches in four-plus innings of a Minor League game, allowing one run on one hit. He is scheduled to start Saturday in Viera against the Nationals.
Reliever Rudy Seanez, healing from a groin strain, also pitched in that game, but allowed two hits, a walk and a hit batsman in two-thirds of an inning. Seanez's spot in the bullpen could go to any number of contenders, such as Yhency Brazoban, Greg Jones or Brian Falkenborg.
Gary Bennett caught Penny and Seanez in his first action after missing three days with lower back stiffness.

Park then followed Brad Penny to the mound and pitched two scoreless innings against the Mets in his longshot bid to make the club as the fifth starter.
Park said he is pleased to be participating in the China series, but hopeful the long trip will not interfere with his top priority, to return to the Dodgers' starting rotation. From 1997-2001, Park went 75-49 until leaving for a $60 million free-agent contract with the Texas Rangers.
Against the Mets, Park struck out three. He has not allowed a run in four spring innings. Eric Stults was named to start the second game against the Padres in Beijing on March 16.
Penny allowed one tainted run over three innings, the first Dodgers pitcher to go that far this spring. He said he's still building arm strength but was pleased by inducing nine ground balls. Manager Joe Torre praised the pitching of Mike Myers, the favorite to win the second left-hander job in the bullpen.

Mets at the plate: Top prospect Fernando Martinez doubled in the second inning, eventually scoring on a Raul Casanova double play. Outfielder Angel Pagan continued his torrid spring with yet another hit, pushing his Grapefruit League average to .429. He eventually gave way to Ezequiel Carrera, who tied the game with a single in the eighth. Anderson Hernandez won it on a walk-off single down the line in the ninth.
Dodgers on the mound: Brad Penny allowed his first earned run of the spring, but nothing else. He lasted three innings, walking two and yielding three hits. Rotation hopeful Chan Ho Park was even more impressive in relief, striking out three over two scoreless innings, while lefty specialist Mike Myers threw his third scoreless inning of the spring.
Mets on the mound: Johan Santana's second Mets appearance was more successful than his first by no small margin. Pitching three innings and relying more on his changeup and slider, Santana allowed only one run to a Dodgers lineup composed mainly of regulars. After deferring his first turn in the rotation to further prepare for the upcoming season, Pedro Martinez will finally make his Spring Training debut for the Mets on Thursday night against the Nationals. He'll start opposite right-hander John Patterson in a 4:05 p.m. game in Viera, Fla., with Billy Wagner and Aaron Heilman also scheduled to pitch for the Mets.

Who will be the Dodgers' fifth starter?

They sure don't know. Here's what they do know -- it won't be Jason Schmidt, at least not to open the season. The right-hander is still recovering from shoulder surgery. Esteban Loaiza is the next logical candidate based on his track record. It's unfair to judge based on one appearance, but he didn't look any better than he did last year after his acquisition. After that it gets intriguing. Hong-Chih Kuo would give the Dodgers a left-hander in the rotation, but he's never been able to stay healthy. He's out of options and if he's still healthy when the season starts, it's likely to be him. He was penciled in as the fifth starter last spring, but got hurt. Non-roster contenders are led by Jason Johnson, who pitched well again on Monday, and former Dodger Chan Ho Park, who pitched well Saturday.
Chan Ho Park followed Penny with two scoreless innings.

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (AP) -- Ryan Church sustained a concussion Saturday in a violent collision with New York Mets teammate Marlon Anderson and will be sidelined at least a couple of days.
Church and Anderson crashed into each other in shallow right field while chasing Andruw Jones' fourth-inning popup during New York's 1-0 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers, the latest injuries for the Mets this spring.
First baseman Carlos Delgado is feeling discomfort in his right hip and returned to New York for an MRI, which was negative.
A woozy Church, the team's new right fielder, was helped off the field and won't play again until he is free of concussion symptoms, the Mets said.
Anderson, a pinch-hitting specialist who was playing first base, walked off under his own power. He has a bruised sternum and is day to day.
"I don't think it's anything serious," Anderson said.
Both players had CT scans that came back negative.
The play brought back memories of a gruesome 2005 collision between Mets outfielders Carlos Beltran and Mike Cameron, who banged heads at high speed while pursuing a drive to right-center in San Diego.
Cameron, now with Milwaukee, was seriously injured on that play. This time, Church took the brunt of the blow as he tried to make a basket catch on Jones' blooper. The ball popped out of Church's glove and fell for a single when he and Anderson collided.
"It's always a little scary when you see stuff like that," Mets manager Willie Randolph said. "It's hold-your-breath for a second, but I think Marlon might be OK. We'll see how he feels tomorrow morning, but I think Ryan's going to be out a couple days. We'll see how he feels."
Randolph said Church didn't lose consciousness.
"He was OK. He was just stunned," the manager said.
The Mets already are struggling with injuries. Beltran, Damion Easley, Endy Chavez, Luis Castillo and Ben Johnson are among the position players who haven't played in a Grapefruit League game yet due to aches and pains.
Delgado has an impingement in his right hip and is expected to sit out for a couple of days. He was returning to Port St. Lucie on Saturday night.
"He's very important for us," Randolph said. "He's a big part of our offense and he needs to obviously bounce back from an off year."
All-Star shortstop Jose Reyes also fouled a first-inning pitch off his shin and hobbled around the batter's box before returning to finish the at-bat. He remained in the game.
"If we get all of the kinks out of the way early, get them out of the way now. I mean, golly," Randolph said.
Dodgers ace Brad Penny threw 38 pitches in two scoreless innings, allowing one hit and a walk while striking out two.
"He's not where he's going to be later in the spring, but I thought he threw the ball pretty good," Dodgers manager Joe Torre said. "I thought he turned it up a bit when he had men on base."
Penny did not address the media after the outing because he jumped in a limousine and headed to the airport. He was set to meet his father for a flight to Ohio to watch a friend compete in an Ultimate Fighting Championship bout.
Chan Ho Park followed Penny with two scoreless innings.
Mets prospect Jonathan Niese started and tossed two shutout innings with three strikeouts.
"The confidence is great," Niese said. "The more I work, the more confident I get."
The teams combined for only six hits. New York won when Brady Clark was hit by Rick Asadoorian's pitch with the bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth inning.

PEG 값을 계산할 수 있는 종목들은 대부분 1보다 작은 값이므로 EPS증가율보다 주가 상승률이 낮아 앞으로 성장 가능성이 좋다고 판단됩니다.

[가치주 분석] 휴대폰 부품 업체 - 인탑스
인탑스는 휴대폰 케이스 제조업체로 삼성전자와 지속적인 유대관계로 국내 휴대폰 부품시장 1위 자리를 고수하고 있다고 합니다. 일반적으로 가치주라는 것을 자산가치 대비 현재 주가가 저평가된 주식이라고들 말합니다.
우선 인탑스의 손익정보를 보면 주당순이익(EPS)가 매년 증가하고 있습니다.

주당순이익(EPS) 증가에 따른 주가수익비율(PER)을 비교지표인 PEG(주가수익성장비율)를 계산하면
PEG = 22.67 / 4.89 = 0.25 가 나옵니다. 일반적으로 PEG가 0.5 미만이면 EPS 증가율에 비해 주가 상승률이 낮아 향후 주가 상승이 기대된다고 합니다.

다음은 주요 재무비율입니다. 여기서 살펴봐야 할 수치는 자기자본이익율(ROE)입니다. 통상 자기자본이익율(ROE)가 15%를 넘으면 해당 기업이 장사를 잘한다고 볼 수 있습니다. 2003년 이후로 20%를 넘는 자기자본이익율(ROE)을 유지하고 있습니다.

이러한 자기자본이익율(ROE)으로 적정가치를 산출해 보겠습니다. 자기자본이익율(ROE)으로 적정가치를 산출하는 방식은 주당순자산(BPS)에 자기자본이익율(ROE)을 곱한 다음 회사채금리로 나누어 주면 되는데 이때 회사채금리는 보수적으로 비우량 기업의 회사채금리인 8.5%를 적용합니다.
인탑스 2008.12(E)의 주당순자산(BPS)은 23,600원, 자기자본이익율(ROE)은 17.69로 예상하고 있습니다. 따라서 적정가치는 23,600 * 17.69 / 8.5 = 54,745원이 나옵니다. 이 값은 2월 26일 현재 주가인 22,250원의 2배가 넘는 숫자입니다.
또한 통상 PBR이 1 이하 이고 , PER이 10 이하 이면 투자가치가 있다고 합니다. 현재 인탑스의 PBR은 1.09, PER 4.51 수준이고 EPS 증가율이나 2008년 말 기준 적정가치가 현 주가대비 2배 이상이므로 투자하지 않을 이유가 없다고 판단됩니다.
다만 휴대폰 완성품 업체가 아닌 부품업체이기 때문에 완성품 업체로부터의 단가 인하 압력이 있을 수 있고, 휴대폰 교체 주기가 아무리 짧더라도 한번 쓰고 버리는 소모성 제품이 아니기 때문에 지속적으로 성장하기 위해서는 제품의 다양화가 필요할 것으로 보입니다.
[나의 가입 펀드] 유리자산운용 '유리스몰뷰티'
2006년 전에는 다른 사람들이 펀드투자가 좋다는 말에 그냥 국내 주식형 펀드와 베트남 펀드에 가입했었다. 그러나 2007년부터 본격적으로 펀드에 관심을 갖게되었고 나름대로 여기저기 조사해보고 공부한 후 제일 먼저 가입한 펀드가 유리스몰뷰티이다.
작년 하반기부터 중소형펀드들의 수익율이 부진해졌지만, 작년 상반기에는 동양 중소형 펀드를 비롯하여 중소형펀드가 강세를 보였었다. 동양 중소형을 가입하려고 했지만 주거래 증권회사가 굿모닝신한증권이라 동양 중소형은 가입 못하고 굿모닝신한증권에서 판매하는 중소형 펀드인 유리스몰뷰티 클래스C에 2007년 5월 가입했다.
당시 유리스몰뷰티를 선택한 주된 이유는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 가입시 중소형주 펀드가 수익율 상위를 차지하였고
둘째, 신탁보수료가 클래스 C형인 경우 연1.95%으로 비교적 저렴하며
세째, 펀드의 시장민감도(베타,β)가 0.6 정도로 시장변화에 덜 민감하고
네째, 펀드 설정일로부터 약 3년이 지나 펀드운영능력이 검증되었기 때문이다.
아래 파이낸셜 기사에는 최근 1년 수익율이 23.85%이고, 펀드가 첫 설정된 2004년 8월 16일 대비 280.03%의 성과를 보였다고 한다. 그런데 내가 가입한 싯점이 작년 5월이고 적립식으로 가입하여 내 펀드 수익율은 현재 -7%~-10%를 왔다갔다 하고 있다. 하지만 중소형 가치주에 중점투자 한다고 하니 최소 3년 이상 장기적으로 가져가 예정이다. 한 3년 쯤 뒤에 투자한 금액이 2~3배 불어나 있을 것으로 예상한다면 무리일까?
