박찬호 선수가 햄스트링 부상으로 2~3주 결장하게 되었다. 불펜으로 이동한 후 38번 구원등판에서 방어율 2.52를 기록하고 있었는데 아쉽게 되었다. 필리스가 내셔널리그 동부지구 1위가 거의 확실시 되고 있어, 10/7일부터 시작하는 포스트 시즌에는 복귀가 가능할 것으로 보인다.

박찬호가 수요일 저녁 경기 7회에서 마지막 투구를 하면서 입은 오른쪽 다리 햄스트링 부상으로 2~3주 결장한다고 필리스 Scott Proefrock 단장 보좌역이 말했다.
Phillies assistant general manager Scott Proefrock said shortly before tonight's home game against the Nationals that relief pitcher Chan Ho Park will miss two to three weeks after tests earlier this afternoon showed a Grade II strain in his right hamstring, sustained on the last pitch he threw in the seventh inning of Wednesday night's win.
박찬호는 몇일간 더 선수단과 함께 있을 것이고 재활을 위해 플로리다로 갈 것이라고 했다.
Park will remain with the Phillies for "the next few days," Proefrock said, before heading to Clearwater, Fla., for rehab.
오늘(목요일) 홈 경기 후 필리스는 애틀랜타를 시작으로 플로리다, 밀워키와 원정 10연전이 예정되어 있다.
After tonight, the Phillies play Friday night in Atlanta, a 10-game road trip that also takes them to Florida and Milwaukee.
"박찬호는 치료가 필요하다." "가능한 빨리 던지게 할 것이다."라고 Proefrock이 말했다.
"He has to heal," Proefrock said in regard to any timetable for Park's return. "We'll get him back throwing as soon as we can."
박찬호는 지난 5월19일 불펜으로 보직을 옮긴후 2승2패 방어율 2.52를 기록하고 있다. 그 전에는 선발로 1승1패 방어율 7.29를 기록했었다.
Park has gone 2-2 with a 2.52 ERA since his move to the bullpen on May 19, after going 1-1 with a 7.29 ERA as a starter, a job he won in spring training against J.A. Happ (scheduled to start Friday in Atlanta).
"박찬호는 꼭 필요한 불펜투수이다." "박찬호를 대신할 불펜투수들이 있지만 중요한 것은 박찬호가 건강해야 한다는 것이다. 포스트시즌에 진출한다면 박찬호가 필요하다." 라고 Proefrock이 말했다.
"He's been a valuable member of the bullpen," Proefrock said about Park. "We have other guys out there who are capable and ready to step up and fill the void. The main thing is to get [Park] healthy, so we'll be able to use him if we get to the postseason."
오늘 경기전 매뉴얼 감독은 박찬호에 특별히 언급하지 않았고 대신 다른 불펜 투수들에 대해 언급했다.
Before the game, manager Charlie Manuel did not comment specifically on Park, as at the time the pitcher was still seeing the doctor. But he did talk about the bullpen, saying good things about Tyler Walker and, about Brett Myers, who had surgery to repair a torn labrum June 4, that he is "not quite there yet ... he's not ready to be turned loose."
시즌 막바지에 마무리를 번갈아 맡고 있는 릿지나 매드슨에 대해서도 언급하지 않았다.
As for whether Brad Lidge or Ryan Madson will be the go-to closer over these final few weeks of the season, he did not commit to either and was playful about the nearly-season long concern.
Said Manuel: "If I go home and worry, what's that going to do?"
In tonight's game, Ben Francisco started in left field for the Phillies, batting seventh, as Manuel gave Raul Ibanez the night off.
